Pre-purchased? What does that mean? It means that a developer in New Jersey saw the kitchen on the Green Demolitions website, reviewed the pictures and the layout provided. Then he made a phone call, received the pre-puchase agreement via email, signed it and paid for the kitchen sight un-seen. For more details check out "Pre-Purchase FAQ" under "Kitchens".
