Pre-purchased? What does that mean? It means that a developer in New Jersey saw the kitchen on the Green Demolitions website, reviewed the pictures and the layout provided. Then he made a phone call, received the pre-puchase agreement via email, signed it and paid for the kitchen sight un-seen. For more details check out "Pre-Purchase FAQ" under "Kitchens". Since the movie Something's Gotta Give came out in 2003, The Beach House Kitchen created for it with its creamy white inset cabinetry and large island with dark countertops has become synonymous with the phrase "My Dream Kitchen."
